About Street Legal Supercharger Systems

If you live in a state with emissions regulations and your build is for street use, then you need a street legal system. Specific to the C8 Corvette, both ProCharger system options, HO and Stage II, are street legal.

Upgrading to the P-1X head unit is also allowed. ProCharger street legal systems have an associated CARB EO# for compliance.

Please note that Tuner Kits are not legal for street use in California. These products are intended for racing or off-road applications only.
