Oversized Supercharger Tensioner Pulley
APPLICATIONS:

* 2005-2006 Cobalt SS with LSJ (supercharged) engine
* 2004-2006 ION Red Line with LSJ (supercharged) engine
Description:
The stock idler pulley on the LSJ motor is 2.5". By replacing it with this oversized 3.0" idler pulley you can take up some of the slack caused by using smaller supercharger pulleys. This is a short term solution until smaller belts are found or for those who don't want to pay the high price smaller twin sided belts are expected to be.		 NOTE:
This idler pulley will require that the Tensioner Pulley Bracket be removed and shaved to fit the larger pulley. The bracket is easily removed using a Torx-40 and Torx-45 bit and does not need to be clearenced very much. It is well worth the effort to be able to use a $20.00 part as opposed to purchasing higher priced full tensioner.

LSJ MAF Translator

Description:
This electronic device is used to scale the Mass Air Flow frequency reading to the PCM allowing the user to scale fueling up or down. This is necessary when using injectors that are larger or smaller than stock or when trying to change air/fuel ratios without PCM access. This translator is completely plug and play and requires no soldering. Once in place the scaling can be changed easily without removal of headlight or other car parts.		 NOTE:
Our Recommended settings for use with Lucas 42.5 pound/hour Fuel Injectors are:

* SW1 = On
* SW2 = Off
* SW3 = Off
* SW4 = Off
* MAF BASE = C
* MAF WOT = 1

Rated at 42.5 pounds per hour, these high impedance injectors will support up to ~347 (crank) horsepower, or ~295 (wheel) horsepower in the Supercharged Ecotec 2.0L application. Sold in sets of 4 these injectors flow 5.4 grams/second compared to the stock 4.3 grams/second 34.1 pounds/hour injectors which support ~235 WHP.		 NOTE:
These injectors require the use of our Casper's Fuel Injector Wire Harness in order to work in the LSJ 2.0L Ecotec application.
